1. Service Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel services at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • If work has already started on the project, a refund (if applicable) will be issued after deducting charges for the work completed.
  • Any completed tasks, campaigns, reports, or third-party expenses (ads credit, domain, hosting, tools, etc.) are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments for digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Branding, Web Design, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • A partial refund may only be considered if:
    • Work has not started.
    • The cancellation request was made before the commencement of services.
  • No refunds will be provided once work has been initiated or hours have been invested.

3. Third-Party Costs

  • Payments made to third parties (Google, Meta, Hosting providers, Domain registrars, or other tools) are non-refundable.
  • Any ad budget transferred for campaigns is fully non-refundable.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
